docs(spec): align docket-strip with vision.html, remove co-located sources b64cb3175c

- Rewrite spec.md: vision HTML/CSS as normative; .docket/.light/.ref;
  closed state without .light; tokens where they match prototype.
- Drop authoritative docket-strip.ts, .spec.ts, and spec-dir .css so
  agents implement from requirements in spec.md only.
- Replace scenarios.md with narrative checks for a future qa pass.
